Where Did the PO Go?

Shoppers can determine where their purchase orders were sent by looking into the output of the PO.  This information is helpful when speaking with suppliers as well as verifying that the POs were sent to the correct address.


  • Determine the recipient of your purchase order.

  1. Click Procurement, Shopping Carts - All, enter your search criteria, and then press apply.

  2. Click on the Follow-on Document Created link.

  3. Click on the PO number to open the PO.

  4. Click Header and then Output to view where the PO was sent.
